"Alien" & "Aliens" although I am VERY familiar with both Alien and Predator franchises... Unlike Predator, I have NOT watched Alien nor Aliens in their entirety... Until now. At least not in known memory; and although I knew how the events in part 2 unfolded, I had only really watched Part 3 and 4 in totality. My memory gives me no recollection of the original though. Thanks to my recent viewing of Prometheus a couple of months ago, and Mass Effect Andromeda being released... I have once again entered my SciFi movie phase. Needed some more Horror in that genre after watching Sunshine, Gravity, and Passengers. So i figured I'd go to the heart of it all, the very movie and franchise that sparked so much more. Alien. It was creepy, intense, and satisfying as a scifi horror. Then as I type this, I have Aliens on pause half way through. This one sets another standard thanks to James Cameron's Terminator Abyss style of directing. With "Alien: Covenant" on the horizon, being reintroduced to the originals is definitely right in the nick of time. Oh, and they are talking about a 5th installment, with Sigourney Weaver interests to return. She said this one would run parallel with Alien 3 and 4; altered reality that is also canon maybe? One cool thing I saw was the director's interests in having an older adult Newt, which would be nice to have her character back. I mean, for her to die in the intro of part 3... Was just a waste, seeing that they tried so hard to save her in the recent movie. Neverthess, for the 5th one, they say its a matter of when

Well back to Aliens... Yea, i do have Alien3 and Resurrection on deck to watch after this one. May as well see it through! Either way, the first two are basically new, and the other 2 will seem like it after all this time. Part 3 i may have seen the most of... Oh and Parker on the first one should have had a more Charles Dutton style death... I thought Parker could have went on to be a fun inclusion to the sequels. Just Saying👀💪

Oh Bill Paxton. I will miss you even more now. You helped make Aliens super fun to watch. Especially after becoming the De Facto Horror Movie Black Guy with a surfer tongue... Ya know, after we lost the actual black guys at the same time.💪😂😂😂
